Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee industrial automation projects at customer sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, manpower management, project coordination, installation supervision, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities for automation projects.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor manpower deployment and site productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle material planning, inventory control, and site documentation.
- Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, Robotics, and electrical panel integration activities.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Industrial Automation projects.
- Experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Robotics, and Electrical Control Systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Gujarat and nearby regions.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, or Rockwell systems.
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or process industries.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
