Scope of works:
· Identify and research potential clients who may benefit from the agency’s media and marketing services.
· Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, and messaging platforms.
· Initiate conversations with prospects and introduce the agency’s services.
· Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, goals, and current marketing challenges.
· Schedule discovery or sales meetings between qualified prospects and the agency’s sales team.
· Maintain a consistent pipeline of new leads and potential meeting opportunities.
· Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed a meeting.
· Update and manage lead information in the agency’s CRM or tracking system.
· Ensure that all booked meetings meet the agency’s qualification criteria.
· Coordinate with the sales team regarding prospect background and meeting details.
· Track outreach activity including messages sent, replies received, and meetings booked.
· Maintain professional and clear communication with all prospects.
· Achieve weekly and monthly meeting targets set by the agency.
· Provide feedback to management regarding lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and outreach results.
· Continuously improve outreach strategies to increase response rates and booked meetings.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
