Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments through clinical interviews and standardized psychological tests.
- Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-5 or ICD guidelines.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and other appropriate therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions as required.
- Perform crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Conduct psychoeducation sessions, workshops, and mental wellness programs for individuals and corporate clients.
- Support workplace mental health initiatives and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
- Stay updated with current research, ethical standards, and best practices in clinical psychology.
Required Qualifications
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience providing teletherapy or online counseling.
- Proficiency in CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, or other evidence-based therapies.
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, stress-related disorders, personality disorders, and other mental health conditions.
- Experience conducting corporate wellness programs or Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) is an advantage.
- Strong case management, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy is required.
- Prior experience in hospitals, mental health clinics, rehabilitation centers, or teletherapy platforms is preferred.
