Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Full Stack Developer who can handle everything from custom theme and plugin development to server configuration and third-party integrations. You will work on live client projects, owning the full technical lifecycle from initial setup through ongoing maintenance and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- WordPress & Plugin Development
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores
- Build custom themes and plugins tailored to client requirements
- Develop interactive front-end components and custom blocks using React
- Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, theme issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Integrations & APIs
- Set up and configure outbound and inbound webhooks
- Build and manage REST API connections between WordPress and third-party platforms
- Integrate CRM, payment, and other SaaS tools with WordPress/WooCommerce
- Server & Infrastructure
- Manage web servers running Linux with Apache or Nginx
- Administer hosting environments via cPanel/WHM or cloud providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
- Handle DNS records, SSL certificate provisioning, and domain configuration
- Security, Backups & Uptime
- Implement and maintain website security hardening measures
- Set up automated backup routines and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor uptime and resolve incidents promptly
Collaboration
- Work closely with designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect builds
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and client requirements
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes clearly

What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience with WordPress development in a production environment
- Comfortable owning the full stack from browser to server
- Proficient in React for building dynamic, component-driven front-end experiences
- Strong debugging and problem-solving mindset
- Custom plugin and components
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Clear written communication, especially when documenting technical work
- Self-starter who takes initiative and asks the right questions
Nice to Have
- Experience with staging/deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Bricks
- Background in multisite WordPress networks
- Exposure to headless WordPress or block-based (FSE) themes
- Experience with performance optimisation tools (caching, CDN, image compression)
- Custom Plugin and theme creation.
