Job Summary
The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall business performance, operations, student satisfaction, and profitability of the training centre. The role involves leading admissions, marketing initiatives, academic coordination, team management, financial control, and ensuring an exceptional student learning experience while achieving business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing, seminars, college visits, referrals, and local promotions.
- Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion ratios.
Student Counselling & Admissions
- Guide prospective students in selecting suitable career-oriented courses.
- Ensure high-quality counselling and admission processes.
- Handle escalated student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain excellent student satisfaction throughout the learning journey.
Centre Operations
- Oversee day-to-day centre administration and smooth functioning.
- Ensure classrooms, labs, software, and infrastructure are operational.
- Maintain attendance, student records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure effective utilization of ECMS and other operational systems.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate counsellors, trainers, and support staff.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor productivity.
- Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture.
Academic & Training Quality
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure timely batch commencement.
- Monitor training quality and student feedback.
- Ensure practical learning, project execution, and certification completion.
- Maintain industry-standard delivery and learning outcomes.
Placement & Industry Relations
- Coordinate placement drives and employer engagement.
- Monitor placement performance and student employability.
- Build relationships with recruiters and corporate clients.
- Support students with career guidance and interview preparation.
Financial Management
- Manage centre P&L and operational expenses.
- Monitor collections, receivables, and outstanding payments.
- Control costs while maximizing profitability.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and business performance reviews.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Track KPIs including:
- Lead Generation
- Admissions
- Revenue
- Collection Efficiency
- Batch Utilization

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3–10 years of experience in education, training, or service industry management.
- Experience in admissions, operations, or business development is preferred.

Working Hours
- Full-time (6 days a week)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
