Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for site sales operations in Kota, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, have a passion for sales, and be capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle site sales activities and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively.
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in sales or customer handling is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
