About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage end-to-end software projects in a fast-paced IT/Product & FinTech environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, project management skills, and experience managing cross-functional development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software projects from planning and requirement gathering to delivery and deployment.
- Coordinate with Backend, Frontend, Android, QA, UI/UX, and other teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog management.
- Track project progress, identify risks/dependencies, and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, management, and development teams for requirements, updates, and issue resolution.
- Review builds and project deliverables, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, requirements, workflows, and reports.
- Manage project priorities, team capacity, task allocation, and delivery commitments.
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, Asana, Slack, or similar project management tools.
- Ensure project quality, timely delivery, and effective communication across all stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Software Project Management / Technical Project Management.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Good understanding of Web, Mobile, Backend, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to review builds, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
- Strong documentation and project tracking skills using Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
- Experience managing multiple development teams and projects.
- Strong project planning, estimation, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have
- Prior experience working on FinTech projects.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience preparing FSD, BRD, and PRD documents.
- Prior QA experience or good understanding of test cases and testing processes.
- Experience in SaaS, Product-based, or Startup environments.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
