Job Title: Telesales Executive – FMCG (Edible Oils)

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our FMCG (Edible Oils) Sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective and existing customers over the phone, promoting our edible oil products/offers, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote edible oil products, offers, and new variants
- Explain product features, pricing, schemes, and benefits clearly to customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but haven't converted
- Upsell and cross-sell related products/variants to existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and conversions in CRM/call logs
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns to close sales
- Coordinate with the sales team/supervisor to report daily performance and pipeline status
- Adhere to company scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines during calls
Key Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Kannada (multilingual preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Confident, pleasant, and customer-friendly telephone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Prior experience in FMCG/consumer goods telesales preferred but not mandatory
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO is an added advantage
- Willingness to work from office (Bangalore location)
