Job Profile-Client Servicing Manager

Job Description-
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to manage end-to-end client relationships in the events and experiential marketing industry. The role involves understanding client briefs, developing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of brand activations, exhibitions, and events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign expectations.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
2. Brief to Execution Management
- Take detailed briefs from clients and translate them into clear internal briefs for creative and operations teams.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to develop concepts and proposals.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and final deliverables.
- Oversee execution to ensure flawless on-ground implementation.
3. Proposal & Pitch Management
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Participate in new business development and client pitches.
- Develop event concepts in collaboration with creative teams.
- Present ideas confidently to clients.
4. Budgeting & Commercial Management
- Prepare detailed cost estimates in coordination with the operations team.
- Manage client budgets and ensure profitability.
- Negotiate commercials and finalize scope of work.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with operations, fabrication, technical, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely sharing of updates and deliverables with clients.
- Manage timelines and project schedules efficiently.
6. On-Ground Event Management
- Be present during event setup and execution to manage client expectations.
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues professionally.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to brand standards.

- Strong understanding of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts.
- Commercial acumen and budgeting skills.

Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field.
- 2–6+ years of experience in client servicing within events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing industry.
- Experience in handling corporate clients and brand activations preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
