Good Dreams Consultancy is a leading immigration and overseas career consultancy dedicated to helping clients achieve their international work and migration goals. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Telecaller to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Counsel and guide clients regarding immigration, work permits, and overseas job opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads from various marketing sources.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counseling team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in immigration, visa, education, or overseas recruitment industries.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle client objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in immigration or visa consultancy.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
