Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up with clients for feedback and service improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining services
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
