Implementation Manager
· TruHR Implementation Partner (HR & Payroll)

· We're looking for an Implementation Partner with a strong HR background, preferably with payroll experience. You'll work with our company to implement and support TruHR for clients.
· Responsibilities:
· Work with clients to understand their HR and payroll needs
· Configure and implement TruHR
· Provide training and support to clients
· Ensure smooth go-live and post-go-live support
· Identify and escalate issues as needed
· Coordinate with tech teams for system integrations and issue resolution
· Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication
· Work with Excel for data uploads and reporting
· Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, finance, or a related field
· 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably with payroll
· Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll regulations
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience with HRMS implementation is a plus
· Proficiency in Excel
· Basic technical skills for coordination with tech teams (e.g., understanding system integrations, APIs)
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
