About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Executive to join our dealership team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional premium-brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and leads generated through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BMW vehicles and services.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or automobile sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for luxury automobiles and premium customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge preferred.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
