Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to support banking operations, accounting activities, vendor coordination, and financial documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage banking-related entries and incoming fund transactions in ERP.
- Handle vendor confirmation activities on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate legal and court-related documentation, including summons and warrants.
- Conduct customer visits related to summons and warrant processes.
- Manage RTGS, NEFT, and other banking activities for directors and foundation-related work.
- Prepare journal vouchers and process purchase bills.
- Follow up and collect credit notes from vendors.
- Send bank payment advice emails to concerned stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly stock statements for SBI and HDFC Bank.
- Handle routine banking correspondence and documentation.
- Manage utility and corporate bill payments including credit card, telephone, and electricity bills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
