Position : Finance Executive
Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent
Experience : 2 to 5 years
Location : Guindy, Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:·
- Handle day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank, payroll, and financial reconciliations.
- Manage PF, ESI, monthly TDS, 24Q & 26Q, including reconciliation, payment, and filing.
- Handle TRACES portal activities, including Form 16/16A, Justification Reports, Conso Files, and TDS corrections.
- Prepare monthly MIS, statutory compliance reports, and financial reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate directly with the CFO on financial reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and provide regular MIS updates
