Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with 10–12 years of B2B industrial marketing experience. The ideal candidate should have worked in the Foundry, Lubricant, Heavy Equipment, or Chemical industry and possess strong skills in business development, customer relationship management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business growth.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare marketing plans, sales forecasts, and business reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Visit customers regularly for product presentations and business meetings.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Handle key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and recommend new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- 10–12 years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Mandatory experience in Foundry, Lubricant, Heavy Equipment, or Chemical Industry.
- Strong B2B marketing and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Good knowledge of industrial products and customer handling.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
