Role Overview
Evarastaffing Consultancy is looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate new clients and hiring requirements for IT and Non IT recruitment. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in client acquisition and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new clients and recruitment requirements
Build and maintain professional relationships with companies
Handle client communication and follow ups
Coordinate with internal recruitment team for closures
Work on vendor onboarding and business expansion
Identify new business opportunities across PAN India
Requirements
Experience in recruitment consultancy or business development preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of client handling and lead generation
Self motivated and target oriented mindset
Ability to work independently
Compensation
This is a commission based opportunity
Attractive incentives and revenue sharing will be provided based on successful client onboarding and business generation
