*Key Responsibilities*
- Assist customers with queries related to GPS trackers and ELD systems
- Provide technical support via calls, emails, and chat
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers effectively
- Learn and understand product features to become a product expert
- Maintain and update records using CRM/ticketing tools
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
*Eligibility Criteria (Freshers Welcome)*
- Recent graduates (any stream) can apply
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English) are mandatory
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Must be comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
