We at Fusion Practices are looking for an Oracle PBCS Technical Consultant with 3.5–5 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), supporting the design, configuration, integration, and delivery of planning and budgeting solutions for enterprise clients.

Participate in end-to-end Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementation and support engagements, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.

Configure and maintain Oracle Planning applications, including dimensions, metadata, forms, task lists, security, dashboards, and workflows.

Develop and maintain Business Rules, Calculation Manager scripts, and Groovy-based calculations.

Build and support planning models for Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, CapEx Planning, Project Planning, and Forecasting.

Develop and maintain data integrations using Data Management, EPM Integration Agent, EPM Automate, and other Oracle EPM integration tools.

Support integrations between Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, and external source systems.

Create and maintain Financial Reports, Smart View templates, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.

Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.

Troubleshoot application, calculation, integration, and performance-related issues.

Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.

Ensure adherence to Oracle EPM development standards and best practices.

3.5–5 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and support.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS.

Experience developing Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy scripts.

Good understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management processes.

Experience with Data Management, metadata management, and data loading processes.

Hands-on experience with EPM Automate and migration activities across environments.

Knowledge of Financial Reporting, Smart View, and dashboard development.

Experience integrating Oracle PBCS/EPBCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, or other source systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, Tax Reporting, or EDMCS.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Understanding of FP&A, Workforce Planning, and Financial Consolidation processes.

Oracle EPM Cloud Certification is preferred.

Experience working with global clients and enterprise-scale implementations.
