Role:
We’re looking for a highly execution-focused Growth / Outbound Operator to help build and scale our outbound sales pipeline.
You will:
- Scaling the Camweara adoption across the world
- Build targeted lead lists
- Run cold email & LinkedIn outreach
- Generate qualified meetings
- Manage CRM and outbound workflows
- Use AI & automation tools for prospecting
- Identify ecommerce and brand partnership opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or growth
- Familiar with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Strong research and communication skills
- Startup mindset with high ownership
Bonus:
- Ecommerce / Shopify experience
- AI software selling or SaaS background
Pay: ₹28,630.80 - ₹40,918.04 per month
