Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents — reaching out to leads, communicating the value of our programs, and booking demo sessions that convert into enrolments. This is a high-energy, phone-first sales role with direct revenue impact and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 200–250 outbound calls daily to student and parent leads provided by the company.
- Pitch Emversity's courses and certification programs clearly and compellingly.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed online demo sessions.
- Follow up with unconverted leads through calls and messages to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM — without exception.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.

- Fluency in Kannada (spoken) is non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes.
- Prior experience in EdTech, BPO, or Banking is a strong advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Work Details
- Location: Domlur, Bangalore (On-Site)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:15 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
