The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains talented employees. This role partners with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives while maintaining compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and oversee onboarding programs for new hires
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
- Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions when needed
Performance Management
- Design and administer performance review processes
- Support managers in goal-setting, feedback, and employee development plans
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking
- Ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
Policy & Compliance
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and the employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives
HR Strategy & Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) and report insights to leadership
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational design
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
