Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure an exceptional, personalized dining experience.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage pairings to make accurate recommendations and address dietary restrictions.
- Staff Supervision: Lead the floor by delegating duties, assigning table stations, and supervising stewards, waiters, and bussers.
- Order & Timing Management: Ensure food orders are relayed accurately to the kitchen and that service runs at an appropriate pace to maximize table turnover without compromising quality.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, stepping in for junior staff when necessary.
- Operations & SOPs: Conduct pre-shift briefings to assign daily tasks, manage reservations, enforce uniform standards, and oversee cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
- Billing & Payments: Oversee the billing process, ensuring accurate calculations, and handle payments or room-charge postings gracefully.
Pay: ₹18,024.46 - ₹24,076.88 per month
