JD FOR LINE CHIEF-PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
· Reports to the deputy manager.
· Achieve shift production target.
· Reducing shift rejection.
· Maintaining 5S /3C in shop floor.
· Provide On job training to new employees.
· Developing multeskillied of operators.
· Controlling usage of consumables within limit.
· Handling manpower and absenteeism.
· Attending and correcting problems.
· Configure machines according to product specifications.
· Set machine parameters (speed, pressure, temperature, etc.).
· Minimize downtime during transitions.
· Ensure machines are properly aligned and calibrated.
· Identify mechanical or operational issues.
· Coordinate with maintenance for major breakdowns.
· Check first-off samples to ensure product meets specifications.
· Ensure materials are properly loaded and positioned.
· Maintain production records and documentation
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
