# Job Title: Key Account Manager – Business & Brand Growth (E-Commerce)
## About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented **Key Account Manager (KAM)** to drive business and brand growth across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart for our Mobile & Computer Accessories portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have strong marketplace expertise, hands-on experience in advertising, analytical skills, and a passion for building brands. This role is focused on increasing sales, improving profitability, and strengthening our brand presence through data-driven strategies and AI-powered tools.
## Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
* Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS and sales.
* Analyze sales, advertising, and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities.
* Optimize product listings, keywords, content, and promotions to improve visibility and conversions.
* Monitor key metrics such as sales, ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, inventory health, and profitability.
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to recommend growth strategies.
* Support successful product launches and improve overall brand visibility.
* Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot for reporting, content creation, campaign optimization, and business analysis.
* Stay updated with marketplace trends, algorithms, and best practices.
## Required Skills
* 3–5 years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart marketplace accounts.
* Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, PPC, and marketplace growth strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with AI tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
* Experience in the Mobile & Computer Accessories or Consumer Electronics category is preferred.
