Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
- Conduct field recruitment drives, meetings, and interviews.
- Build and develop a high-performing advisor team.
- Train, motivate, and guide advisors to achieve business targets.
- Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with branch operations and ensure timely documentation.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
Eligibility
- Graduate / Post Graduate preferred
- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Sales, or Recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel locally for recruitment and business development.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
