About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers interested in building a career in IT Business Development, Online Bidding and International Client Communication.
No prior bidding or IT sales experience is required. Selected candidates will receive practical training on IT services, bidding platforms, lead generation and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Online bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
- Understanding requirements for websites, web applications & mobile apps
- Preparing proposals and project bids
- Communicating with national & international clients
- Lead generation and prospect research
- Following up with potential clients and maintaining the sales pipeline
- Coordinating with development/design teams
- Client relationship management and project coordination
- Following up on project milestones and payments
- Working towards business development targets
