Role Description The Headmistress role is a full-time, on-site position based at Pallavi International School, Bachupally in Hyderabad. The Headmistress will oversee academic operations, ensure effective implementation of Cambridge and CBSE curricula, and lead the teaching team in delivering high-quality learning experiences. Daily responsibilities include monitoring classroom practices, guiding pedagogy, conducting staff meetings, and coordinating assessments and student progress reviews. The role also involves maintaining discipline standards, fostering a positive school culture, engaging with families and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with educational board guidelines. The Headmistress will collaborate with management on strategic planning, school improvement initiatives, and co-curricular programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Education and Pedagogy, with a clear understanding of best teaching and learning practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership to design, implement, and oversee academic programs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and families.
- Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field, along with formal teacher training (B.Ed or equivalent), is preferred.
- Significant experience in school administration or academic leadership, ideally in Cambridge and/or CBSE schools.
- Proven ability to manage teams, mentor educators, and drive school-wide improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, with a student-centered approach.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
