We are looking for an energetic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, take food and drink orders accurately, serve meals efficiently, and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
•Welcome guests and provide menu recommendations.
•Take accurate food and beverage orders.
•Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
•Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
•Handle customer requests and resolve complaints politely.
•Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
•Process bills and payments accurately
•Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.
•Assist in opening and closing duties
Requirements.
•Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or banquet service.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Professional appearance and positive attitude.
•Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
