- Make outbound calls to prospective students and business clients.
- Explain Tally courses, software features, pricing, and benefits.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide proper guidance.
- Generate and maintain lead databases.
- Follow up with interested candidates and clients regularly.
- Schedule demo sessions, counseling meetings, or appointments.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel reports.
