Required Qualification
- M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or relevant specialization
- Qualification as per AICTE norms
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in Engineering Colleges
- Candidates with strong academic and technical expertise in EEE subjects will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduate engineering courses
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, and technical activities
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental activities, and accreditation processes
- Contribute to research, publications, and innovation initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of core EEE subjects
- Ability to engage students through effective teaching methodologies
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development
