Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and update company data accurately in our systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Excel, etc.)
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, and service reports
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for data collection
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM/Books is an added advantage
