Job Responsibilities:
- Material Receipt & Storage. Receive QC-approved materials and store under defined conditions.
- Label, segregate, and maintain storage as per material category (RM/PM). Monitor stock levels and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Perform daily monitoring of warehouse conditions (temperature, humidity) to ensure material stability. Ensure dispensing activities comply with EU, US, SASO, and GSO regulatory requirements.
- Issue RM to production as per approved requisition/BMR.
- Ensure correct identification (material code, batch number, expiry) before issuing. Support production with timely availability of required materials.
- Maintain stock registers, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and issue logs.
- Track consumption and reconcile issued vs. available stock. Report material shortages, near-expiry, or non-conformance to QC/Procurement.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and pest-control checks.
- Follow SOPs for material handling and segregation to prevent mix-ups.
- Return unused or excess materials to the warehouse with proper labeling and documentation. Support periodic stock audits and physical verifications.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in weighing, and record-keeping. Coordination skills to work with QC, Production, and Procurement. Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, RM categories.
