- Conduct training under Central Government and State Government Skill Development Schemes, including but not limited to UPSDM, PMKVY, PM Vishwakarma, NULM, DDU-GKY, JSS, Samarth, SANKALP, STRIVE, PM-DAKSH, ODOP, NRLM, DAY-NULM, PMEGP, PMFME, and other Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Programs.
- Deliver theory and practical training as per NSQF/SSC guidelines.
- Maintain attendance, trainee records, assessment, and training documentation.
- Coordinate with Training Partners, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), Government Departments, and Assessment Agencies.
- Support trainee mobilization, counselling, placement, and self-employment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
- Experience
- Experience in implementing and delivering training under Central and State Government Skill Development Schemes, including UPSDM, PMKVY, PM Vishwakarma, NULM, DDU-GKY, JSS, Samarth, SANKALP, STRIVE, PM-DAKSH, ODOP, NRLM, DAY-NULM, PMEGP, PMFME, and other Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Programs.
- Experience in classroom training, practical sessions, trainee management, assessments, documentation, compliance, and coordination with Government Departments and Sector Skill Councils (SSCs).
- Proficient in NSQF-based training standards, reporting, and scheme implementation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
