Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the presales team to generate quality leads.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Conduct telephonic discussions to understand client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Monitor team performance and achieve lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Train and mentor presales executives to improve productivity.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in real estate presales, telesales, or lead generation.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate presales.
- Previous team handling experience preferred.
KPI's:
- Lead generation and qualification.
- Site visit generation.
- Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio.
- Team productivity and target achievement.
- Customer response and follow-up efficiency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
