Job Summary
Cremberi Foods is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be able to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
- Process customer orders and maintain sales records.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Languages Required:
- English
- Hindi
- Malayalam
