We are seeking a skilled Tableau Data Analyst & Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau development, data analysis, SQL, and data visualization best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Create interactive visualizations and data models to support business insights.
- Connect Tableau to various data sources, including databases, data warehouses, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Tableau dashboards.
- Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and project teams to deliver analytics solutions.
- Automate reporting processes and improve dashboard performance.
- Create documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Support Tableau Server/Cloud administration activities, including user access management and content deployment.
- Monitor dashboard usage and recommend enhancements based on business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Tableau development and data analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience in data visualization, dashboard design, and reporting best practices.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
