Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve business targets for residential/commercial projects.
Manage client acquisition, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in team handling and target-driven environments.
Stable employment history preferred (3+ years with the same organization).
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
