We operate our own warehouses and partner with 3PL providers to deliver scalable logistics solutions to FMCG, D2C, Chemicals, Electronics, and Quick Commerce brands.
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive to expand our presence in the West Bengal region.
Role Overview
The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, pipeline building, and closing warehousing & fulfillment deals in West Bengal.
This is a field + inside sales role ideal for someone with 1 year of B2B sales experience who wants to grow in the logistics & supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, LinkedIn, cold calling & networking
- Target D2C brands, FMCG companies, importers, and e-commerce sellers
- Fix and conduct meetings with decision-makers (Founders, SCM Heads, Ops Managers)
- Understand client warehousing & fulfillment requirements
- Coordinate with operations team for solution design & pricing
- Prepare proposals and close deals
- Maintain CRM pipeline (Zoho Bigin preferred)
- Achieve monthly revenue and sq. ft. conversion targets
- Represent Godamwale at industry events & trade meets
Eligibility Criteria
- 1 year experience in B2B Sales (Logistics / Freight / Warehousing preferred)
- Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field sales across West Bengal
- Self-driven & target oriented
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (Based on experience)
