Job Title: Field Sales Executive — Industrial AI Solutions

About the role
Tivor builds AI systems for manufacturing and textile factories. We are looking for two field sales executives to take these solutions directly to factory owners and plant heads across Tamil Nadu.
This is a field role. You will be inside factories most days, understanding how a plant runs and where it loses time or money, and matching our solutions to those problems. An engineering background matters here, because the conversation is about machines, materials and production flow — not software features.
Responsibilities
- Identify and visit manufacturing, engineering and textile units across your assigned region
- Reach decision makers — factory owners, plant heads, production and purchase managers — and secure the first meeting
- Understand each plant's operations and identify where our solutions fit
- Coordinate product demonstrations along with our technical team
- Manage the sales cycle from first visit to closing the order
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate references
- Report pipeline status and market feedback to the management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering — Mechanical or Automobile preferred; other engineering disciplines considered
- MBA in Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably industrial, technical or B2B. Strong freshers with the right qualification will be considered
- Fluency in Tamil is essential; working knowledge of English required
- Comfortable working in factory and shop-floor environments
- Self-driven, with strong follow-up discipline
