Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calling
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Represent the company in a professional manner during field visits
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Field experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
