Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialize in preventing unauthorized parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Services manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR Associate to join us, who will support various human resources and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
As a Junior HR Associate, your responsibilities will include:
· Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
· Conduct initial telephonic screenings and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
· Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation while ensuring data confidentiality.
· Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR administrative activities.
. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team events, meetings, and other HR programs.
. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely completion of HR-related tasks.
. Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

· Fresher’s or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR/Admin roles can apply.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
