Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining travel packages, following up with leads, and assisting customers with their travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain tour packages, travel services, offers, and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
