Company: Royal Foot Arts Wholesale Distribution
Location: [Insert Location/City]
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us
Royal Foot Arts Wholesale Distribution is a multi-generational trading business acting as a master distributor for major footwear brands. We built our success on decades of strong factory relationships and a deeply loyal retail network. As we prepare for our next phase of high-volume growth, we are modernizing our operations. We are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Systems & Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our traditional handshake-driven success and data-driven scalability.
The Role
This is not a desk-bound administrative job. We are seeking an operational champion who understands wholesale inventory mechanics and can take ownership of our digital transition. You will be the primary driver in migrating our manual processes into our newly adopted ERP system while ensuring our warehouse and sales data speak the same language.
Key Responsibilities
- Train existing staff on the new software and ensure BUSY is used for more than just sales and purchase records.
- Take complete charge of reconciling physical stock to get the system up to date with all items.
- Solve the immediate trouble of customers not knowing their order dispatch status or transport LR numbers by setting up automated communications.
- Set up a reliable system to sync orders and sales seamlessly.
- Lay the groundwork for the eventual shift to a digitized B2B wholesale portal.
- Physically walk the warehouse floor to verify master cartons and implement a structured bin/rack location system.
Candidate Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with BUSY software (or similar robust ERPs) beyond just basic accounting.
- Hands-On Approach: Willingness to physically walk the warehouse floor to reconcile master cartons.
- Cultural Fit: Deep respect for traditional business relationship dynamics and veteran staff members.
- Problem Solver: Proactive problem-solving skills, specifically regarding syncing sales, orders, and stock.

You will not be a cog in a corporate machine. You will be a direct partner to the ownership team, given a free hand with technology to transform the operational backbone of an established, high-volume trading enterprise.

Please submit your resume along with a brief note on how you have successfully managed inventory reconciliation or ERP migrations in the past.
