- Managing customer accounts and maintaining client relationships
- Preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports
- Coordinating with clients through email and phone calls
- Following up on payments, pending orders, and deliveries
- Maintaining proper documentation and office records
- Handling data entry and updating ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinating with internal departments such as accounts, sales, logistics, and management
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assisting in business communication and customer support
- Ensuring smooth office operations and timely response to clients
