Must-Have Skills:-
- Strong experience with Linux Server Administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Strong expertise in Docker & Kubernetes
- Mandatory experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Experience with Nginx / Apache, Load Balancers & Reverse Proxies
- Strong understanding of Networking & Infrastructure Security
- Hands-on experience with Monitoring & Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix, etc.
- Experience with Infrastructure Automation
- Strong knowledge of Shell Scripting and/or Python
- Experience with High Availability, Scalability, Redundancy & Disaster Recovery
- Experience managing Production SaaS Infrastructure at Scale
- Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis & Production Troubleshooting
- Experience with Security practices, including IAM, access control, secrets management, SSL, firewall policies, backups, and infrastructure hardening
- 2+ years of experience leading a team or independently handling critical production infrastructure
Key Responsibilities :-
- Design, manage, and scale secure and highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
- Improve infrastructure reliability, deployment speed, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Implement strong monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot critical production incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
- Drive infrastructure automation and reduce manual operational dependency.
- Ensure security, access control, backups, and infrastructure compliance.
- Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and establish infrastructure standards and SOPs.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Support, and Product teams.
Good to Have :-
- SRE practices
- Database replication and clustering
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams
- Multi-region deployment experience
- Infrastructure cost optimization
- Experience with distributed systems and real-time applications
- Experience in IoT, Telematics, Live Tracking, or High-Ingestion API platforms
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
