We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
This role focuses on planning campaigns, analysing performance, and improving results through data-driven decisions. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to support business growth through digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and make regular improvements
- Support full-funnel marketing activities including awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns
- Manage audience targeting, including new and returning users
- Run retargeting campaigns based on user behaviour
- Conduct testing on ads, creatives, and targeting to improve performance
- Track results using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
- Manage campaign budgets responsibly and track key metrics such as conversions and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with basic platform changes and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Understanding of campaign setup, tracking, and optimisation
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Basic knowledge of audience targeting and online customer behaviour
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and share insights
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with e-commerce or online brands
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio or similar
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or customer data
- Any relevant certifications in Google or Meta Ads
Pay: ₹30,000.08 - ₹35,000.06 per month
