Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Software Trainer to design and deliver training programs on software applications, tools, and technologies. The ideal candidate will help employees, students, or clients develop technical skills through engaging training sessions, practical exercises, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on software training sessions.
- Develop training materials, user guides, presentations, and assessments.
- Assess training needs and customize programs based on audience requirements.
- Demonstrate software features, functionality, and best practices.
- Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback.
- Assist learners in troubleshooting software-related issues during training.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Stay updated on new software releases, technologies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure training content accuracy.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience creating training materials and instructional content.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online training platforms.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
