Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquires via phones
Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
Follow up with customers and internal teams regarding pending cases.
Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge
Any graduation
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
