Job Summary

Rajnandini Fashion (I) Ltd. is an established garment manufacturing company, and we are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Executive who specializes exclusively in driving growth, managing operations, and scaling our brand on Myntra (PPMP / Shared Inventory / OR & SOR models).
Key Responsibilities
- Myntra Portal Management: Take end-to-end ownership of the Myntra Seller Portal (PPMP/Partner Portal). Manage daily operations, brand health dashboard, and compliance metrics.
- Listing & Infographics: Raise articles, create precise catalog listings, manage size charts, and upload high-quality garment images ensuring strict adherence to Myntra's imaging guidelines.
- Inventory & PO Management: Actively track and manage inwarding, Purchase Orders (PO), and inventory replication. Coordinate with the manufacturing unit to ensure stock availability for Myntra-exclusive events (like EORS).
- Price & Discount Updates: Implement periodic discounts, participate in Myntra’s site-wide promotional events, and handle bulk price updates via flat files.
- Order Fulfillment & Returns: Oversee day-to-day order processing, coordinate with logistics partners assigned by Myntra, and strictly monitor/reconcile customer returns and RTOs.
- Data Analytics: Analyze Myntra sales reports, weekly performance, and stock-turnover ratios using Excel to identify top-selling garment styles and slow-moving inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of core experience handling Myntra Seller Portal operations for an apparel, footwear, or fashion brand.
- Model Expertise: Good understanding of Myntra business models like PPMP (Pure Marketplace), JIT (Just-In-Time), or SOR/OR models.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and handling complex Myntra bulk-upload sheets).
- Fashion Acumen: A solid grasp of garment attributes (e.g., knit vs. woven, fabric composition, silhouette types) to ensure zero cataloging errors.
- Problem Solving: Experience raising tickets and coordinating with Myntra Partner Support to quickly resolve listing suppressions, payment reconciliation issues, or catalog errors.
